The present petition Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 399/2021 dated 22.06.2021 for offences under Section 406/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Nangloi, Delhi and assailing the Order dated 03.04.2025 vide which the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
