This writ petition assails order dated 30th March, 2026 whereby the Petitioner has been placed under suspension, as also the first charge memorandum dated 11th March, 2026, the second charge memorandum dated 30th March, 2026 and the show cause notice dated 25th February, 2026. 2.

The impugned actions emanate from allegations of misconduct levelled against the Petitioner on the basis of complaints received by the Respondents. It is stated that an Inquiry Officer has already been appointed and the inquiry proceedings are presently underway. 3.

In view of the aforesaid position, counsel for the Petitioner, after making some submissions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all grounds urged in the present proceedings before the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Petitioner, present in person along with counsel, submits that the inquiry proceedings be directed to be concluded expeditiously. Additionally, the Petitioner seeks consideration of his request for transfer to Chennai as well as grant of subsistence allowance in accordance with the applicable rules.

It is directed that the inquiry proceedings shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible. Insofar as the Petitioner's request for transfer is concerned, this Court is not inclined to make any observation thereon. In the event such a request is made, the Respondents shall be at liberty to consider the same, in accordance with law. The question of grant of subsistence allowance, if payable under the applicable rules, shall also be considered and disbursed in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of along with pending applications.
