The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Issue an appropriate direction to the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Court, Delhi, to hear and decide the application dated 04.10.2025 filed by the Petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in HMA Petition No. 1097/2023, in a time-bound manner;
(b) Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
