This is a petition seeking enforcement of the award dated 10.12.2022. 2.

Mr. Shukla, learned CGSC states that in terms of the order dated 07.12.2023, the judgment-debtor shall deposit the amount with the Registry along with up to date interest within 12 weeks from today. 3.

On deposit of the money, the decree-holder is entitled to withdraw the money subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, in case the award is not varied, stayed or modified. 4.
