By way of present applications, the applicant/Sunita Bhardwaj seeks summoning of witnesses in the complaint case filed by her. 2.

Mr. Jha, learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the applicant is neither an accused nor the complainant/injured nor a witness in the present FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 73/2017 registered under Sections 354/506 IPC at P.S. Tilak Marg. He, on instructions, submits that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

allegations and name of present applicant/Sunita Bhardwaj, in the present petition, have been mentioned without any intention or ill will and the same are withdrawn.

Accordingly, names and allegations against the present application, in the present petition, are expunged.

Applications are disposed of in the above terms. CRL.M.C. 3948/2023 and CRL.M.A. 27564/2023 1.

The present proceedings are instituted under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 73/2017 registered under Sections 354/506 IPC at P.S. Tilak Marg, Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. 2.

As per the allegations levelled in the FIR, the petitioners gave beatings to the complainant and threats of further injury. 3.

Mr. Jha, learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is the only accused and respondent No.2 is the complainant/victim in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and respondent No. 2 have amicably settled their disputes vide Mutual Agreement/Settlement/ Deed dated 23.05.2023, a copy of which has been placed on record. In terms of the said settlement, complainant is now left with no claim or grievance against the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner, who is present in Court, has been identified by the counsel as well as the I.O./W/SI Bharti, P.S. Seelampur. Respondent No. 2 is also present in Court and has been identified by the I.O. 6.

The petitioner has shown remorse for his conduct and undertakes not to repeat the same in future. Respondent No. 2 also states that she has settled The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

the disputes with the petitioner out of her own free will, volition and without any coercion. She further states that she has no objection if the present FIR and consequent proceedings are quashed.

The parties shall remain bound by the statements made in Court today.

In view of the above facts and considering that no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. 9.
