The present Application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for early hearing.

With the consent of both the parties, the matter is taken up today. 3.

The Application is accordingly allowed and is disposed of. CRL.M.C. 3049/2024 4.

The present Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for setting aside the Order dated 03.12.2019 passed by the learned MM whereby the petitioner has been declared a Proclaimed Offender in FIR No. 275/2019 registered under Sections 384/386/102B/34 IPC.

It is submitted in the Petition that the Petitioner was a student pursuing her education in Jaipur and was not aware of the pending cases against her on account of which she was unable to appear and was hence The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. declared a Proclaimed Offender.

Be as it may, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to seek regular Bail before the learned MM. As submitted on behalf of the petitioner, appearance of the petitioner/accused before the Court is deemed custody of the Court.

It is hereby directed that the petitioner may move a Regular Bail Application before the learned MM which be considered on its own merits as per law.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
