Compliance affidavit has been filed by the respondent noting that petitioner has joined the services on 3rd May 2025. 2.

Counsel for petitioner, however, raises a pertinent issue that judgment in their favour was delivered on 10th October 2023, where the following directions were passed:

Thereafter, petitioner filed an SLP in 2024, which was finally dismissed by the Supreme Court on 22nd October 2024. 4.

Thereafter, still no compliance was made and they had to move this contempt petition, considering wilful disobedience of respondent. Thereafter, almost close to 2 years, compliance has been made. 5.

Petitioner seeks compensation/back wages, for delay of salary which would have been paid.

Petitioner is always at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the Writ Court seeking compensation/back wages for the delay caused. 7.

This petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner for this purpose.
