Petitioner seeks direction to the Sentence Review Board (SRB) to consider his name for pre-mature release in the upcoming SRB Meeting. 2.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State, who appears on advance notice, submits that as per the instructions, the petitioner, in case, he meets all the eligibility criteria as stipulated under Delhi Prisons Rules, 2018, his case would be placed before SRB for due consideration, in accordance with law.

In view of the abovesaid statement and assurance, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for any further relief, at the moment. 4.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 5.
