Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

W.P.(CRL) 1181/2020 2.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that parole granted to the petitioner, in terms of the order dated 24.06.2020 in W.P.(Crl.) 917/2020, be extended for a further period of eight weeks. 3.

The petitioner relies on the order dated 13.07.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 30307/2020 in 'Court on its Own Motion v. State & Ors. He further states that as clarified by the subsequent order dated 24.07.2020 passed in the said petition, all interim orders are required to be extended. The same includes orders granting emergency parole. The said contention is merited.

In terms of the orders passed by the Full Bench of this Court on 13.07.2020 and 24.07.2020 in W.P.(C) 3037/2020, the parole granted to the petitioner is extended till 31.08.2020.
