For redressal of his grievances, the Petitioner has already lodged the complaint on 06.03.2026 to the Delhi Development Authority. 3.

The learned Counsel representing Special Task Force, on instructions, has stated that the complaint has already been forwarded to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD").

The learned Counsel representing MCD has stated that the property has already been booked and action has been initiated. 5.
