% 09.05.2019 This order is in continuance of the last order. As pursuance to the last order, status report has been handed over by Special Public Prosecutor for respondent-CBI to the Court. Upon hearing and on perusal of status report, it is directed that the petitioner is permitted to travel to USA for a period of twelve weeks subject to his depositing of the original sale deed of Plot No. 583, measuring 216 sq. yards out of Khasra No. 63, Village Azadpur, Majlis Park Colony, Delhi with trial court and on furnishing indemnity bond on usual terms and conditions to be imposed by trial court. Needless to say that the trial of this case shall proceed as petitioner has undertaken that he will not dispute the identity of the witnesses to be examined during this period.
