Petition under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.643/2021 under Sections 307/323/34 IPC registered at PS Okhla Industrial Area has been filed on account of settlement between the parties. 2.
Vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 28.03.2024 wherein it is stated that two petitioners are nephew of the respondent no.2. It is further submitted that the parties had been residing in the same property. It is submitted that the dispute has arisen in the same premises. 3.
It is submitted that in order to maintain peace and harmony, the parties have arrived at a settlement and has sought quashing of the FIR. 4.
The parties are present in person and stated that the settlement has arrived at without any fear, threat or coercion and the statement is signed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. both the parties. The petition is signed by the petitioners and supported by their affidavits.

Respondent no.2 has also filed his affidavit in support of the settlement. The MLC of the injured/respondent no.2 also shows that he has received injuries and the injuries have been certified as simple. 6.
Considering the totality, the petition is allowed. FIR No. 643/2021 under Sections 307/323/34 IPC registered at PS Okhla Industrial Area and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. The charge sheet is also hereby quashed qua all the accused persons.
