As per the compliance affidavit filed on behalf of MCD, a representation of petitioner dated 28th June 2022 has now been decided in compliance of directions of order dated 28th January 2021 passed by the Court in W.P.(C) 1051/2021.

The decision taken by MCD is dated 17th November 2022 and is on record of the Court.

Counsel for petitioner states that they are aggrieved by the decision which has been taken by MCD in this regard.

Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate Court, if they are so aggrieved.
