Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents. 5.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the circumstances, the respondents are directed to

consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order thereon. Let the same be done within a period of two weeks from today. 8.

Further, the respondents are directed to release the outstanding salary of the petitioner as may be due and payable.
