After making brief submissions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition under section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 ('the A&C Act') with liberty to file an appropriate application under section 17 the A&C Act before learned Sole Arbitrator who has been appointed vide order dated 07.12.223 made in ARB.
