% 20.05.2024 I.A. 29705/2024 (filed by the Plaintiff under Section 16 of the Court Fee Act r/w Section 151 CPC for issuance of Court Fee Refund Certificate in favour of the Plaintiff counsel) 1.

On 2nd May, 2024, while decreeing the suit on compromise terms, the Court had directed refund of Court fees in favour of the Plaintiff. 2.

Through this application, the Plaintiff requests that the certificate for refund of Court fees be issued in favour of their counsel, Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys, via bank transfer. Bank account details of the Plaintiff's counsel have been mentioned in Paragraph No. 8 of the application. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of Mr. Harshit Gupta, Constituted Attorney of the Plaintiff company, confirming that they have authorized the Plaintiff's counsel to receive the refund of Court fees on their behalf. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed.
