Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.07.2024 arrived inter se the parties at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is therefore prayed that the present suit may be decreed in view of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.

This Court has heard the learned counsel for the parties and has also perused the contents of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.07.2024 arrived inter se the parties and find the same to be lawful. 3.

Accordingly, the present suit alongwith the pending application(s) is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.07.2024 arrived inter se the parties.

settlement entered inter se the parties, prays that since the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled, therefore the court fees paid by the plaintiff on the plaint be refunded in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.

As the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled, on an oral prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, refund of 75% of the court fees paid by the plaintiff on the plaint is deemed to be justifiable.

Let a Certificate of refund of 75% of the court fees paid on the plaint be prepared by the Registry and handed over to the learned counsel for the plaintiff.

7.

Let a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 20.05.2024 form a part of the decree sheet.

8.

Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
