The parties have resolved their disputes by executing a Settlement Agreement dated 8th February, 2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The same has been signed by the Authorized Representative of the Plaintiff and by the Defendant, as well as their respective counsel, and is accompanied with a Board Resolution in favour of authorised representative of Plaintiff.

In terms of the settlement, based on the undertakings/ assurances given by the Defendant, the Plaintiff has agreed not to press for the prayers sought at Paragraphs No. 41 (a) to (h) of the plaint1. Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 1 As noted in Paragraph No. 9 of the Settlement Agreement dated 8th February, 2024. Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 8th February, 2024, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 5.

In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full Court fees, in favour of the Plaintiff.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

Accordingly, the instant suit, along with pending applications, is disposed of.
