The present application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of interim bail granted to him in FIR No. 548/2013 registered under Sections 302/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Seelampur, Delhi vide order dated 11.08.2020. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in Court on Its Own Motion v. State & Ors. bearing W.P.(C) 3037/2020, and prays that the petitioner's interim bail may be extended till 31.10.2020. 3.
The relevant paras of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed in aforesaid writ petition are as follows :-

Taking note of the extraordinary circumstances prevailing at that point of time and taking note of the directions of Hon'ble Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court issued from time to time regarding functioning of Delhi High Court and Courts subordinate to Delhi High Court, the directions contained in our order dated 25th March, 2020 were further extended vide our orders dated 15th May, 2020, 15th June, 2020, and 13th July, 2020 and the latest extension is effective till 31st August, 3.
Now taking note of the prevalent Covid-19 pandemic situation in Delhi, Hon'ble Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court has been pleased to order that the regular functioning of this Court as well Courts subordinate to this Court shall continue to remain suspended till 31st August, 2020.

In view of the above, we hereby further extend the implementation of the directions contained in our orders dated 25th March, 2020, 15th May, 2020, 15th June, 2020 and 13th July, 2020, till 31st October, 2020 with the same terms and conditions".

Accordingly, in view of the directions contained in the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in the aforesaid matter, the petitioner's interim bail is extended till 31.10.2020 on the same terms and conditions.

With the above directions, the application stands disposed of. 6.
