The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 93/2018 under Sections 365/341/342/354-D/354/323/506/34 of the IPC, registered with P.S. Geeta Colony and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. 3.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She states that she has no further grievance against the petitioners and joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed. She also confirms that she has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 20.03.2019 with the petitioners, a copy of which has been placed before this Court.

The petitioners are also present in Court and are identified by their counsel. They also state that they have no further grievance against respondent no. 2.

In view of the statements made by the petitioners and respondent no. 2, the petition is allowed and FIR No.

93/2018 under Sections 365/341/342/354-D/354/323/506/34 of the IPC, registered with P.S. Geeta Colony and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 2.
