This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) a Civil Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking direction to Respondent No.2 to decide, within a period of one week, the Representation dated 14.03.2026 (ANNEXURE. P-2) of Petitioner Institution, made for seeking updation / inclusion of its name as an institution recognised for running the D.El.Ed. course; in the list of institutions being maintained on its website by the Respondent No.2; and (b) a Civil Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that the representation of the petitioner will be decided within 10 days from today.

The decision on the representation of the petitioner Institute, subject to verification, shall be communicated to the affiliating body as well as the concerned department of the State Government and shall also be updated on the website immediately.
