This is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking urgent interim reliefs. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek interim relief before the Arbitrator as and when the arbitration is instituted.
