A petition under Section 29-A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petition seeking extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of twelve months w.e.f 15.09.2023, when it last expired.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

In view of the submissions made, the mandate is extended by twelve months w.e.f 15.09.2023 till 14.09.2024, as prayed for. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
