O R D E R

% 18.11.2019 The case of the petitioner is that he has received an amount of ₹20,000/- as commission in the transaction in question and he is ready to pay the said amount to the complainant with interest thereon i.e. ₹35,000/-. Accordingly, IO is directed to release the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest on furnishing personal bond of ₹25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of IO/Arresting Officer. It is made clear that if the amount of ₹35,000/- is not paid to the complainant, this order will not remain in force.

Application is disposed of accordingly.

It is made clear that if in the recovery suit, the complainant succeeds against the petitioner, the amount deposited pursuant to order passed by this Court shall be adjusted.
