For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 13.05.2026 stands modified to the extent of prayers reproduced therein and instead the following prayers be deemed to have been reproduced: "a. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby directing the Respondents to furnish to the Petitioner a copy of the alleged Look Out Circular (LOC) stated to have been issued against the Petitioner;

b. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby directing the Respondents to cancel, or withdraw the said Look Out Circular, being arbitrary, non-transparent, and violative of the principles of natural justice, as well as Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India;

Mandamus, thereby directing the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to lawfully enter the territory of India under her valid visa, to enable her to pursue legitimate business activities and discharge her duties and obligations as a director and shareholder of a duly incorporated Indian company;"
