% 04.02.2016 CM 4100/2016 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(C) 950/2016 1.
After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the point that the issues which the petitioner intends to highlight have not been succinctly brought out in the pleadings. In our opinion so drastic would be the amendments required that it would be advisable for the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty granted to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
2.
We dismiss the writ petition as not pressed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition but making proper pleadings. 3.
No cost.
