The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:

"a. Pass an order holding the Respondent guilty of willful disobedience of order dated 20.01.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 429-430/2020 titled as 'Registrar Of Co-Operative Societies Vs. Federation Of Progressive Societies', and;

b.

Pass an order holding the Respondent guilty of willful disobedience of order dated 08.09.2016, 22.10.2019 and 12.03.2020 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1283 Of 2014 titled as 'Federation of Co-Operative Societies (Regd.) Vs. Registrar CoOperative Societies', and; c.

Pass an order punishing the Respondent for the Contempt of Court for willful disobedience of orders; or; d.
