Mr. Praveen Nagar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that in the interregnum, the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and a Settlement Agreement too was executed. He states that vide order dated 19.05.2026, the learned Trial Court, on an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has decreed the Suit bearing no.CS(COMM)235/2026 and disposed it of in terms of Ex.C1 and Ex.C2, Ex.C2 being the final Settlement Agreement executed between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel has handed over the said documents under an application over the Bench.
