O R D E R

% 13.11.2019 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent/State points out that co-accused, Sonia Ahuja, has not yet been impleaded as copetitioner in this petition. Vide last order of 7th November, 2019 a direction was issued to petitioner to implead co-accused Sonia Ahuja (inadvertently mentioned as 'Sima Ahuja' in last order). However, no steps have been taken by petitioner. Piecemeal quashing of FIR No. 316/2017, under Section 420/34 IPC, registered at police station Krishan Nagar, Delhi cannot be permitted.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that whereabouts of coW.P.(Crl.) 1307/2019

accused Sonia Ahuja are not known and seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file fresh petition with complete particulars. This petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
