The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorized construction in property bearing Khasra No.548/549, Gali No.9, Part-6, Karan Vihar, Suleman Nagar, Delhi-110086. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property shall be forthwith inspected by the MCD and appropriate action shall be taken to remove any unauthorized construction that may be found to be subsisting therein. He further submits that if any unauthorized construction is ongoing, steps shall be taken to bring the same to immediate halt.
