The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Respondents to quash a Provisional Attachment Order dated 12.10.2023 on the ground that the PAO shall cease to have effect after the expiry of the 180 days, as stipulated under Section 5(3) of the PMLA. 2.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the PAO was passed on 12.10.2023 and the 180 days period has expired on 08.04.2024. 3.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Enforcement of Directorate that the proceedings under the PMLA could not be completed on account of a stay order granted by the High Court at Gujarat vide Order dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Confronted with this, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court in future in case need so arises.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
