Defendant is based at Lodhi Road. Learned counsels for parties have submitted that accordingly the matter may be transferred as per said jurisdiction to concerned South East District, Saket Court. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 30.07.2016 for transfer of the present matter to South District, Saket Court, is modified. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter now stands transferred to South East District, Saket Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi on 24.10.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
