The petition is for the following relief:
"a) Writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction against the Respondent No. 1 thereby ordering for removal of all types of encroachments from the Government land/service road at the Badi Masjid at Inderlok Metro Station as shown in the photographs and the site map with clear demarcation of the encroached area.
b) Writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction against the Respondent No.2 and No.3 thereby ordering for action against the persons indulging in encroaching upon the service road and further direction for ensuring The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the smooth flow of traffic on the service road by ensuring that no encroachment on the service road remains."

There exists a Special Task Force [STF] which is fully competent to deal with the grievance raised in the instant petition. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the STF who shall deal with the issue with due expedition. If the petitioner's grievance is not fully mitigated within a reasonable time, it shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
