Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that in the course of seeking admission in respondent No. 3 College, some unpleasant incidents have taken place in the office of the College. It is further pleaded that on account of the same, the petitioner does not feel comfortable in pursuing the course in question in respondent No. 3 College. He seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, however, further submits that the petitioner's original documents are lying with respondent No. 3 College and that the same should be returned to the petitioner so that he can By:NIRMLA TIWARI 15:37:13

take steps to participate in the counselling of different state governments for the mop up round pursuant to the NEET PG.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 states that she has no objection to the petitioner participating in the counselling of various state governments. She, however, states that the documents have to be returned to the PG Board, State of Rajasthan.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, it would be in the interest of justice that respondent No. 3 forthwith returns the original documents to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 on the request of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents would be made available in her office by 10.00 a.m. tomorrow. The petitioner is free to reach the office of the counsel for respondent No. 3 for the said purpose. 6.

This direction is being passed as the petitioner is not feeling comfortable in travelling to the college premises of respondent No. 3. 7.

With the above directions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders passed stand vacated.
