The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "1. To issue writ in the nature of Mandamus or some other suitable writ in the light of the facts and circumstances as mentioned above, directing the respondent no. 1 to list/adjudicate and decide eviction petition titled as Kela Devi vs Satbeeri @ Babbli in time bound manner.

2. It is further prayed that the respondents be directed to comply within stipulated period at an earliest, in the interest of justice keeping in view of the urgent need as mentioned in the eviction petition by the petitioner being a senior citizen & suffering from various old age The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 3. Pass appropriate directions against respondent no. 1 for unnecessarily harassing the senior citizen. Further, direct the respondent no. l to decide petition filed by the Senior Citizen within stipulated period of time;

4. Award cost of the proceedings in favor of the petitioner.

5. Any other or further relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be also passed in favour of the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the above-mentioned case."

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned District Magistrate, Geeta Colony, District East, Delhi for expeditious hearing of the writ petition. 3.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.

As and when such an application is filed by the Petitioner, the District Magistrate is requested to consider the application on its own merits. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.
