This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"Therefore, in view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:- i) Issue a Writ of Certiorarior any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned transfer order dated 02.03.2024 (qua Petitioner only) vide which Petitioner has been transferred to 21ST Battalion CRPF at Srinagar J&K as well as the impugned rejection order dated 28.03.2024 vide which respondents rejected the request of the petitioner for posting him either with CRPF Group Centre Lucknow or with 91stBattalion The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. RAF Lucknow;

ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction thereby directing the respondents to post the Petitioner either with CRPF Group Centre Lucknow or with 91st Battalion RAF Lucknow specifically in light of DoP&T OM dated 24.11.2022;

iii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction thereby directing the respondents to add Para No. 2(VII) of DoP&T OM dated 24.11.2022 (w.r.t posting at same station where one spouse is employed under the Central Govt and other spouse is employed under the State Govt.) to transfer policy of CRPF;

iv) Pass such further and other orders and directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

After some submissions, Mr. Bhardwaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states that he shall withdraw the writ petition.
