O R D E R

% 14.05.2019 A perusal of the status report dated 13.05.2019, filed by Inspector Ashok Kumar, Station House Officer, Police Station Preet Vihar, District East, Delhi reflects that, the petitioners are stated to be non-cooperative in the investigation in relation to the FIR No.65/19, dated 20.04.2019 under sections 354/376 IPC and 6/10 POSCO Act and FIR No.68/19 dated 20.04.2019, under section 354 IPC and 10 POSCO Act, despite service of notice under section 160 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners states

that, they shall make themselves available before Inspector Ashok Kumar, SHO, Police Station Preet Vihar, District East Delhi, for rendering assistance in the investigation at 5:00 pm, today and as and when required by the Delhi Police in accordance with law, thereafter. In view of the foregoing, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Delhi Police to conduct investigation into the subject FIRs strictly, in accordance with law. No further directions are called for in the present petition.
