1. Exemption allowed, subject to the condition that the applicants/petitioners will file the duly sworn/attested affidavit and the requisite Court fee within 72 hours from the date of resumption of the regular functioning of this Court.

4. The learned counsel named above accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. At joint request of the learned counsels for the parties, the petitions are taken up for disposal.

6. The petitioners are aggrieved on account of non-grant of electricity connections. They seek parity with their neighbour who has been granted an electricity connection on the fourth floor.

7. The learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the petitioners have not yet responded to its letters. The petitioners may pursue their respective cases with R-1. Should they still be aggrieved by the action/decision of the DISCOM, it will be open to them to pursue their remedies as may be available in law.

8. The petitions are disposed-off in terms of the above.
