This matter has been taken up today as 28th May, 2026 was declared as a holiday on account of Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) vide Notification No. 77/I-G4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 26th May, 2026. 3.

The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking directions to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies to adjudicate and dispose of the Petitioner's representations dated 1st February, 2024 and 9th May, 2024. 4.

The grievance of the Petitioner in the present petition is that the RCS has not disposed of the representations filed by the Petitioner under the Proviso to Section 20(5) of the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003. 5.

The prayer in the Petitioner's representations dated 1st February, 2024 and 9th May, 2024 is that the audits of Atam Vallabh CGHS Ltd, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi (hereinafter, 'Society') have not been properly conducted and the Society ought to be held as deemed to have been dissolved with effect The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The representations dated 1st February, 2024 and 9th May, 2024 have been placed on record. The Court notices that the Society has not been impleaded as a party in the present matter.

Considering that the representations have been made way back in 2024, the RCS is directed to decide the same within a period of 3 months from this order.

The Society shall be issued notice of the representations and shall be duly heard before the RCS, before the final decision pertaining to the representations is made by the RCS.

The present petition along with pending application(s), if any, is disposed of.

Needless to add, this Court has not examined the merits of the present representations.
