Learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India has filed a short affidavit, wherein, it has been brought forth that the impugned judgment dated 21st December, 2022, which is a common judgment passed in various writ petitions, including W.P.(C) No. 60/2020, has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by way of order dated 07th July, 2023 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 12263/2023. th July, 2023 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court 2.
The order dated 07 in the case of Union of India and Another Vs. Prem Singh and Ors., which undisputedly forms a part of the batch of matters, which have been decided by the common judgment dated 21st December, 2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, reads as under:- "Delay condoned.
Issue notice returnable in the month of December 2023. Service is waived and notice is accepted by Mr. Ankur Chhibber, learned counsel on behalf of respondent no. 3. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
The unserved respondents will be served by all modes, including dasti.
Till the next date of hearing, there will be stay of operation of the impugned judgment."

Perusal of the aforesaid order of the Supreme Court clearly shows that the operation of the judgment dated 21st December, 2022 passed by Division Bench of this Court, has been stayed by the Supreme Court. 4.
In view thereof, no orders can be passed by this Court in the present proceedings, in view of the aforesaid operation of the stay order. 5.
Accordingly, the present petitions are disposed of. 6.
