Since the parties have resolved their disputes inter se by virtue of a Settlement Agreement dated 30.05.2025, which is on record, the present petitions have become infructuous and are no longer maintainable. 2.

Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of in view of the terms and conditions of settlement reduced in writing in the form of a Settlement Agreement dated 30.05.2025, inter se the parties. Needless to say, the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions set out in the said Settlement Agreement.
