BAIL APPLN. 1130/2019 Petitioner seeks interim bail in FIR No. 212/2011, under Sections 302/120B/34 of IPC and 25/27/54/59 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kanjhawala, Delhi for his marriage, slated for 19th May, 2019. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that evidence of the material witnesses has been recorded and petitioner is in custody for more than seven years. Since petitioner is in custody for more than seven years, therefore, it is deemed appropriate to direct trial court to expedite the trial of this case.

Considering the nature of the offence committed by petitioner, no case is made out for interim bail.

The bail application is accordingly dismissed. Trial court be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.
