% 14.01.2020 V > It has been stated by learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has not received some of the communications despatched by the respondents and hence respondent is willing to take a re-look at the same.

Accordingly, let the respondents treat the writ petitions as representation of the petitioner. The said representations shall be Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

LT disposed of by the respondents by a speaking order within two months from today.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 09.01.2019 is set aside.

The petitions and pending applications are disposed of. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the speaking order passed by the respondents, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps to challenge the same as per law.
