Present review petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking review of the order dated 23rd April, 2024 passed by this court in WP(C) 5592/2024 whereby the writ petition filed by the Petitioner was dismissed. 2.

Admittedly, a special leave petition filed by the petitioner before the Apex Court being SLP(C) No. 10916/2024, challenging the aforesaid order dated 23rd April, 2024, was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 14th May, 2024.

This Court is of the view that no ground for review is made out. Accordingly, the present review petition is dismissed.
