This is a joint petition filed by the parties to seek extension of time for concluding arbitration proceedings.

The record shows that on 1.10.2018 I had extended the time for conclusion of arbitration proceedings by a period of twelve months, albeit, with effect from 29.5.2018.

Learned counsel for the parties say that they are at the stage of arguments and that further four months would be required for concluding the proceedings and for pronouncement of the award. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 185/2019 By:AMULYA

The extended period, I am told, is coming to an end on 29.5.2019.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend the time by a further period of four months commencing from 30.5.2019.
