% 23.05.2018 The petition has already been disposed of vide order dated 02.04.2018 and the matter has been put up on an office note dated 22.05.2018 in view of receipt of a letter of request dated 17.05.2018 from the learned ASJ-04, North Rohini seeking extension of time for compliance of directions dated 02.04.2018 in CRL.M.C.458/18. In view of the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 17.05.2018 of the learned ASJ-04, North Rohini to the effect that the proceedings of the matter were transferred to the said learned Court on 17.05.2018, i.e., after the order dated 02.04.2018 of this Court, and time has been sought by the appellant for arguments with the court being closed during the summer vacations from 09.06.2018 to 01.07.2018, in the interest of justice the learned ASJ concerned is directed to dispose of the appeal by the date 27.08.2018.
