After some arguments, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file again in case the conclusion of the trial is delayed. 2.

In case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, it shall be open to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking release on bail, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 4.
