The petitioner has filed this application, inter alia, pointing out that the order dated 06.08.2020 has not been complied with. 4.

Mr Avi Singh, learned ASC appearing for the State submits that by an order dated 18.08.2020, the petitioner's application for parole was rejected in terms of Rule 1211 of the Delhi Prison Rules, 2018. 5.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this application. The same is dismissed.
