A Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR No.0607/2020 dated 23.09.2020 under Sections 354/509/34 IPC essentially on the ground that there are attending circumstances and the earlier civil dispute which reflect that the complaint is inherently a false complaint.

Learned Prosecutor submits that the chargesheet already stands filed in the Court.

There are circumstances establishing the commission of offence.
