The learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to seek a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2014.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 to 5 submits that the representation of the petitioner has already been rejected vide an Order dated 30.10.2014. He has handed over a copy of the said Order. The same is taken on record. Let a copy thereof be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner at the E-mail address given in the index of the paper book. 3.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of her remedies in accordance with law. filed an O.A. before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, which came to be dismissed for want of jurisdiction, vide order dated 13.10.2023, and, therefore, filed a Writ Petition, being W.P. (C) 3196/2024, which was withdrawn by the petitioner on 04.03.2024, whereafter the present petition was filed, make it clear that in such proceedings, the mere communication of the rejection order will not give a further cause of action to the petitioner.
